Rodger Estes Newcomer of the Year Award
The Rodger Estes Newcomer of the Year Award is named after Rodger Estes, a former MIAAA President and one of only two Missouri ADs to serve as the NIAAA President. Rodger emphasized the importance of assisting new ADs to the association and spent time mentoring new ADs. The criteria for this award includes being a 2nd/3rd year AD who has demonstrated leadership qualities, outstanding work ethic, and good communiation skills.
