Thaddeus Hamilton MS AD of the Year Award

The Thaddeus Hamilton MS AD of the Year Award is awarded to a middle school athletic administrator who has demonstrated leadership skills, a passion for being involved in the MIAAA, and works on growing professionally. This award is named after Thaddeus Hamilton, a long time MS AD in Columbia Public Schools. Thaddeus was a leader in professional development in the MIAAA and was on the national Faculty for LTC 700 and LTC 701- leadership training classes for middle school athletic administrators. Thaddues made numerous contributions to the MIAAA.
